Where to Put Your Binding Bits!

If you use a Williams Binding Machine setup along with LMI bearings for binding your guitars, this is a great hint for efficient use of space in order to keep all of your binding tools in the same place.

This is my Williams Binding Machine which I modified to use the empty space in an efficient manner. There are now three drawers which contain the binding bit assortment, wrenches and other items directly related to the binding of a guitar or ukelele.

This is the drawer which contains all of my binding bits. There are two router bits, 1" and 1 1/4" on each end. Both bits allow incremental changes from .060" to .345" in either .010" or .005" increments. The LMI bearings are mounted on 1/8" dowel rod. Each is marked for either bit size it will cut. Therefore, no test cuts are necessary.
