Mediterranean Sunburst

This is one of the prettiest instruments that I have ever made. You should see this guitar in person-it will take your breath away! The most incredible quilted maple is used for the back and sides. A heavily bearclawed sitka spruce was used for the gorgeous top. The headstock overlay, fingerboard and bridge are brazilian rosewood for the ultimate in tone. The instrument is done in an amber sunburst with just a hint of red on the borders. The all wood binding is heavily flamed maple. Multiple purflings and pearl adorn the top. The entire guitar is bordered in multiple purflings including the headstock.

This is one of the most beautiful sunburst finishes ever on one of my instruments. The goes from an almost transparent amber to a golden yellowish red.
